Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to all clients and our team, please give at least 24 hours notice of cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can make a cancellation necessary and we will always do our best to evaluate every situation. Clients who do not honour their appointment times are subject to the following :

  1. 24+ hours notice may be cancelled without incurring fees.
  2. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will incur a 50% fee of scheduled services.
  3. No-shows to appointments will incur a 100% fee of scheduled services.
  4. Appointments made at short notice within the 24 hour period are confirmed and subject to cancellation policy terms.
  5. We reserve the right to charge up to full price of appointments that are missed due to clients lateness.
  6. Longer client services or group appointments, may be asked to pay a 50% deposit, at time of reservation. We require 5 days notice to cancel or reschedule these appointments. If cancelled within 5 days your deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable.
